On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary, FIA launched an India Corner in the Northborough Library, MA. The event was attended by Congressman James P. McGovern.
Speaking at the occasion, FIA New England President Abhishek Singh thanked The Biden-Harris Administration for carrying forward Mahatma Gandhi’s initiative and holding a conference in the White House on nutrition, health and the fight against hunger.
India Corner is an initiative through which FIA will donate books relating to philosophy, spirituality, history and yoga. It would also include biographies of important Indian figures.
